                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                           FEBRUARY 13, 2012

12:45 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

 Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

      1.   The Board approved the minutes to our 2/6/2012 board meeting.

2. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2012 applications for                        

exemptions for the owners of the following parcels:

                   Parcel:  74-37    Clause 41C   Denied

                   Parcel:  59-36    Clause 41A   Granted

      3.    The Board signed a Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement with the owners of

 Parcel 59-36.

4.    The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2012 applications for

 abatement for the owners of the following properties:

                   Parcel:  125-75   Denied

                   Parcel:  111-42  Granted

                   Parcel:  64-67    Denied

                   Parcel:  7-28      Granted

                   Parcel:  118-18   Denied

                   Parcel:  127-19   Denied

                   Parcel:  49-11     Denied

                   Parcel:  74-51     Denied

                   Parcel:  102-106 Granted

5. The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday,

March 1, 2012.
